Michael Laskau
Managing Director
Michael brings over 40 years of experience in the fashion garment industry, having served as a board director and worked with several international companies such as Nha Be Corporation, Polaris Vietnam, G-III Apparel, Marvin Richards,
and Junior Gallery.
His extensive background spans Sales, Design, Merchandising, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Quality Control.
Originally from New York, Michael, a first-generation American, relocated to Vietnam in 2008 and has
lived in Ho Chi Minh City for the past 16 years.
Elisabeth Bui
Director
Elisabeth’s passion for the fashion industry, nurtured over 20 years of dedicated involvement building the manufacturing garment industry in Vietnam, has been the cornerstone of her career.
She have also served as Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the FOB division for Nha Be Garment Corporation and have established strong connections from the Northern (Hanoi) to Southern (Ho Chi Minh City) of Vietnam.
Her international exposure is extensive, encompassing engagements across the EU, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA.
Duong Thi Ngoc Dung
Chairman
Duong Thi Ngoc Dung, fondly known as Madam Dung, brings over 40 years of experience in the garment industry. She began her career as a garment worker at Nha Be Garment Corporation (NBC) in 1978. Eventually, she took on the roles of General Director and Chairman of NBC, until 2013.
Madam Dung later held leadership roles at Vietnam Textile & Garment Group and Vinatex Mart.
During 2013 to 2022, she founded and grew APIC GROUP (Chairman of the Board of Directors: Tay Son, An Khanh, Hung Phat, Ninh Phuoc).
Today, she leads D’SAGO AMG, building new factories and serves as the Vice President of The Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association.
